SUMMER REST. CONCEPTION OF ARTIST.

And what? Best cherries-cherries from neighbour garden... In my position maybe possible to tell this. Why? Becourse now i am sitting and looking at the window... And what i can see? Again and again snow snow snow. And frost. Even i haven't desire to go to walk in night winter forest!... Maybe somebody from southern countries have this dreams, but not me- 4,5 months of winter weather- its rather good execution!!!
I wanna get another way.... In my mind i draw pictures of hot, south, sea, yes, what rest without sea... paintfull landscapes... polite people who never come to me to interfere with my painting landscapes, or who ask
stupid and senseless reqest as "be so kind to draw my portrait, i'll mail it to my mama"....
In my real reality i have oficial invitations to plen-air actions, but i want to hide it in deep of "writer's table", this plen-airs are not bad deal, never no. But it has only shade of rest. Plen-air, mostly plen-air with auction and final show- it's everytime- responsibility... means stress. Artist everytime have his professional ambition. If artist is "low or middle class", he want to prove his worth to around standing people, if artist is ARTIST- he everytime want to prove his own worth to himself. What proposition does bigger stress- difficult to tell. Mostly if young and honored artists find theirselfes in one group- so here we can look for eternal problems of  "parents nd children"... Do i need this? Or i want that? No no no...
I can't think my rest without painting. personal plen air is the best rest. But this must be very free style of  painting with no  program, with no commitment and tasks... Yes, what good, to stay in suny land, swimming in sea...to use fresh sea fish, fruits... to live in comfortable apartaments with balcony... and to paint, paint, paint...
Paint for enjoy, Paint for relax, Paint for future, Paint for memory of people who invited and took care of you... Life of the soul...

ARTWORK OF DAY. CAMILE COROT

Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot.  "Landscape with the windy weather." 1875.

"I never hurry to go to details. I was primarily interested in the mass and nature paintings. When it is already established, I begin to look for the subtleties of form and color. I kept working on it, without being distracted by nothing and not adhering to the system ..".

PHRASE OF THE DAY

Painting requires a complete self-denial, but you are too fond of life. "
Giorgio de Kirko.

JOURNEY. ART IMPRESSIONS.

Some times ago i got an idea to visit far and deep places of russia. Final point of a trip was an old monastery. But until I reached the goal, I saw a lot of interesting...
 1. Highway. North direction. Usual day. There're no too much cars on a road... It's joy...

 2. Old province Russian town Petrovsk (town of Peter)... Quite province life i saw here... Fine place... But!!! Tere're many art galeries there!!! Intresting!!!
 3. After Petrovsk i found myself on country road... I drived, drived... But where am i drive to...- i asked my self...

 4. Miles of fields and north forests... trees of not high size.... No people around...

 5. Losed memory about civilization...

 5. Old white church. Orthodoxy of course. Here's famous Holy Place. By the way- no gas her, its too far place... People get hot from trees...

 6. I continiue to drive... Far... far...far... After time i saw monastery on a top of a hill... Far away...
It was very popular monastery. Becouse of it comunists-atheists destroyed it all... Now monastery on renewal. Some moncs lived there... There i felt taste of 15th century- the church is heated by the stove .... This wonderful scent of the oven, so familiar from childhood ....

 7. After i found unknown lake... Very big and very nice... I never heared about it.... I wanted to ask people... but i couldn't found them around...

8. This is very comon view of Russian country. Very tyoical houses, caled "Izba"... I metlittle of people- mostly of old age... Their clothes was very clean and careful... but looks like from folk russian tales... Its not bad, its good, i think it must be... Real life, freedom, ethnos... good...

I hope, everyone viewer'll get enjoy nd art impressions as i got this trip!

TO BE AN ARTIST...

Who exactly do you want to be in art? How exactly do you want to be in art? How do you want to stay in art? These questions help to discard all unnecessary fashion trends and to seek to own, personal purpose...

ARTIST ANATOLY NASEDKIN. PAINTING.

Artist Anatoly Nasedkin was born in Novgorod (Rus) in 1924. Date of death unknown. After his family replaced in Harkov (Ukr).
Nasedkin took part in world War-II battales. After war he studied in Harkov Academy of Fine Arts in Workshop by Dergus and Svetlichny.
One of brightly features of Nasedkin art is exstraordinary feeling of drawing, anathomy, shades, dynamick and development of brush strokes. He tried himself in book-illustration art, in oil studies, landscapes, graphics, historical scene paintings... All- lucky! Becourse "house of his art" stood on sturdy base- perfect drawing and fine collor vision and feeling- all it consists his personal tallent.
Nasedkin paintings are very laconic, dynamic and emotional. It based on play of contrasts of shades, cold-warm colors,  variety of rhythms, lines, strokes and their combinations. Paintings by Nasedkin radiate life, the joy, the desire of creativity. What a pity- Anatoly Nasedkin is very high class master of art, but not so wellknown as he must be. Man who devoted all his life to art...

GREAT ARTIST ANDREY RYABUSHKIN (1861-1904)

Ryabushkin... Very... very Russian artist. He felt life of Russia and people very sensitively. I can't tell better and realy- he loved his Motherland. Maybe it's heard rather loudly, but it's better word here. Unlike artists, named "Peredvizhniks", Ryabushkin painted life of Russia in light and bright colors, he showed light sides of life. Of usual life of different kinds of people. As person he was very quiet and modest man. Ryabushkin loved painting, but not honor and PR.
Maybe because of it he is great and famous, but not wellknown. His artworks available in general museums of Russia as Moscow Tretyakov Gallery  and Russian Museum of St. Petersburg.
Intresting feature of his life: When he graduated from Moscow Academy of Fine Arts with exelent mark, he was awarded a journey to Europe. But Ryabushkin  refused to go. He preferred to travel the ancient  towns of Russia.  These little, quite  and unknown towns, shapes of them lived in Ryabushkin Arts. It was his real mission.

TEACHER OF REALISM ART- PAVEL CHISTYAKOV (1832-1919)

Chistyakov- Academic of Fine Arts. Teacher of Realism Painting. His pupils were such famous artists as Repin, Serov, Surikov, Vrubel  and more other...

"Fine, but offline"- often told Chistyakov about "realistic to death" art.
"Real, right art isn't deathly copy of nature. Art is product of soul, man's spirit.
Art is those sides of human soul what rise him up under all things of world.
Art must show best inner features of human and of space."

He liked hard critic of "empty-paintings". He constantly reminded that painting isn't "estetic joke".
Painting wants for committed and for everytime work.

ARTISTS. UNKNOWN AND WELLKNOWN

Intresting topic- forgotten artists... I have large book "Forgoten artists". And what? Some of them often are not worse than wellknown artists. But their situation of life, maybe features of inner nature stood them in 'second train" in art …history... Of course, career of artist impossible to see without supporting of "powerfull persons of world". Here we can see that artists of "first train" were supported by kings and "palace people", "second train"- who were supported by strong merchants... and etc... Miracle to see unknown artwork of anknown artist in museum, allthough it was bought somwere " in boulevard" many times ago... Of course, in whole part "suporting" helps and for creative growth too... more opportunities for development outlook...
